I am new to ZoHa Island, and I must say that the service I have received so far has been awesome!
The sales agents are wonderful and the estate managers/support staff have been wonderful with their fast and friendly responses to my sometimes silly questions.

I have been with ZoHa Islands for a long time and I am super happy as a resident under them.
What I really love about ZoHa Islands, are the fast help you get when you are in need of some assistance. Another great thing is that I get to have my business on ZoHa Islands Business page, and it has helped me with some customers to my photostudio - Raven Photos
Another thing that I love, is that ZoHa islands has a sandbox and it has been super helpful for me when I have had to go trough my breedable horse bundles. I will always stay with ZoHa, they are professional people 🙂

I have been a long term renter for quite some time and I have had wonderful service from the staff of ZoHa. I had one incident where they were right there to fix an issue and restore things back to where it was originally. I'm close to be one year at ZoHa Islands.
Three month on a parcel at Business District (I still miss it) and then till today on a Home Estate. Every time if I need help I get it fast and without any problems.
Sometimes I just hang outside at the sales office and enjoy the view and sometimes I just talk with some agents about everything. The whole team is so nice.
And I hope Governor never growns up, he is so cute 🙂

When I first started renting on SL, we did so at a smaller sim run by a couple. Huge mistake. Not only were we overcharged, we never had good service or privacy.
With ZoHa, none of this was ever at issue. We have full access rights to our land along with all the associated prim for it, we are rarely, if ever, bothered by random pop-ins, we are paying a very reasonable rate, but none of that is the best part.
People make the business, and ZoHa has some of the finest you will find in SL. Their 24/7 service is just that, 24/7. They are quick, helpful, polite and efficient. I can not say enough how much faith this gives me in this company. I would never rent from anyone else.

ZoHa has parcels of every type and size; the personnel is responsive and helpful; the tier payment system is super easy to use no matter what language you speak.
In short, I only have one recommendation when someone asks me where to rent land: ZoHa.

Kalia Pinelli was EXTREMELY helpful and patient and deserves that recognition. She found out what I needed, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond in helping me find land that's right for me. Not many agents in land sims are as efficent or helpful, so I'm impressed. And the land is beautiful..

I'm big on customer service. I mean to the point of leaving one cell carrier to another that was quite a bit more expensive just because their CS was a lot better.
The customer service for Zoha is good enough that *IF* they were more expensive, I would still stay with them. But they're not in most cases. And I've worked with various rental agencies in the past in SL. These guys and gals are on the ball and if they don't know it, they find it out and then get back to you. Always professional and always courteous. If you do find a place that has cheaper rent, I would do some serious research about their CS, because I doubt that they'll come close to these guys.

I have only been apart of the ZoHa Island family for a few days but have been made to feel like an instant family member. The initial sales agent was great and the Estate Manager I dealt with regarding upgrading to a larger plot of land was just amazing!

Since returning to Zoha Islands I have to admit that I can not fault the staff that work for Zoha and they do work very hard to help us and any future resident and you are never waiting too long to get help when needed.

Since coming to SL I have had various parcels / land and I can honestly say that since moving to my SIM in Zoha Islands, I have been completely taken aback at the quality of Service afforded to me by the Zoha Staff. This is a fantastic place to live and although having only ever had one or two issues in my couple of years here, they were dealt with so quickly and I have always felt comfortable and at home here thanks to the Zoha Islands staff. I am sure I will be living here for some time to come - thank you and keep up the first class service.

Why? First is the vast array of parcels one can choose from. If you are in the mood for a grassy parcel, Zoha has one for you; sandy Zoha has one; corner or a middle lot, they've got it! Nothing really beats Zoha. I feel confident and most importantly comfortable living here. Paying your tier is absolutely simple. You do not need to go to teleport to 4 different places to just pay. It is one place, 2 terminals to choose form and boom, you are done!

When I see someone call out for a land manager in group chat, the response is IMMEDIATE. Not just once, but every single time. When you land on a parcel that is for rent, someone immediately IMs you and shows up in case you have questions.
The rental is also easy. You get a gadget to put on your land that shows you when rent is due, where to go pay it, and how much. It's very easy to keep track of it.
All in all, I am super impressed and would recommend them highly.
