In the last few days , I rented a full sim from Zoha Islands. May I say I could'nt have been more pleased with the service, my business partner and I recieved from the Zoha staff. Ahwi Ash [ Sales agent] patiently walked us through the whole process and dilligently answered all our questions with humour and through professionlism.
Next my partner and I agreed to change the name of the sim to a name of our choice. This was promptly arranged for us by Zoha Boa who told us that because this was done by Linden Labs , it may take 12-24 hours. Thanks to his prompt submission of the necessary paper work and the fee involved, within the half hour a Linden staffer appeared on the sim and the name change came into effect .
Thanks to both these Zoha staff members the whole process of sim rental was a pleasant and pain free experience . I look forward to working with the Zoha staff and couldnt be more pleased with the service Zoha provided us.

I have come to ZoHa whenever i have wanted land.
The staff is always friendly,professional and courteous. they are always quick to get a hold of you and help you. they are friendly... courteous.. professional and easy to talk to. ZoHa has reliable.. great service... pleasant friendly staff.. and the buying process is painless & easy to understand. I have been in SL for over 4yrs... and since my first experoecne with Zoha... When I initially started working with Zoha Islands, I was helping to aid the operation of a few sims being rented through Zoha Islands. The sims never lagged, the promptness of management was top notch, and it was overall a very pleasurable experience.
When my association with the previously mentioned organization came to a close, I once again started looking for land and Zoha Islands was still sticking out to me. When comparing the prices, customer service, and the estates they truly just can not be beat.

I'm big on customer service. I mean to the point of leaving one cell carrier to another that was quite a bit more expensive just because their CS was a lot better.
The customer service for Zoha is good enough that *IF* they were more expensive, I would still stay with them. But they're not in most cases. And I've worked with various rental agencies in the past in SL. These guys and gals are on the ball and if they don't know it, they find it out and then get back to you. Always professional and always courteous. If you do find a place that has cheaper rent, I would do some serious research about their CS, because I doubt that they'll come close to these guys.
Anyway, thanks a bunch Zoha team. You guys are tops.

Kalia Pinelli was EXTREMELY helpful and patient and deserves that recognition. She found out what I needed, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond in helping me find land that's right for me. Not many agents in land sims are as efficent or helpful, so I'm impressed. And the land is beautiful..

When I first started renting on SL, we did so at a smaller sim run by a couple. Huge mistake. Not only were we overcharged, we never had good service or privacy.
With ZoHa, none of this was ever at issue. We have full access rights to our land along with all the associated prim for it, we are rarely, if ever, bothered by random pop-ins, we are paying a very reasonable rate, but none of that is the best part.
People make the business, and ZoHa has some of the finest you will find in SL. Their 24/7 service is just that, 24/7. They are quick, helpful, polite and efficient. I can not say enough how much faith this gives me in this company. I would never rent from anyone else.

I found Zoha Islands by accident one day, Just rented a home from them at first. Then I wanted to start something with commercial land, they were really quick to help. They always are.

Since coming to SL I have had various parcels / land and I can honestly say that since moving to my SIM in Zoha Islands, I have been completely taken aback at the quality of Service afforded to me by the Zoha Staff. This is a fantastic place to live and although having only ever had one or two issues in my couple of years here, they were dealt with so quickly and I have always felt comfortable and at home here thanks to the Zoha Islands staff. They always have the parcel that is the perfect size, no matter what my needs are. The prim to parcel size ratio is extremely fair and accurate with the current rental market. Typically ZoHa gives more prims for the size and price of your parcel. The landscape is always very nicely done and the neighbors are usually very tolerable.
If on the rare occasion there is ever an issue the management/customer service staff is very prompt, friendly, and gets the job taken care of. Other land rental may seem like a better deal, but in the end you can't put a price tag on good customer service. This is why I rent from ZoHa.
