I have been renting from Zoha on and off for several years.
I have done so with my current Avi and my previous one. I have always had amazing customer service, quick responses to issues, and a dedicated staff always willing to try their best to find the best match with land as possible.
I would recommend them to everyone! Look it may be second life, but they have first rate real world customer service and professionalism.

When I initially started working with Zoha Islands, I was helping to aid the operation of a few sims being rented through Zoha Islands. The sims never lagged, the promptness of management was top notch, and it was overall a very pleasurable experience.
When my association with the previously mentioned organization came to a close, I once again started looking for land and Zoha Islands was still sticking out to me. When comparing the prices, customer service, and the estates they truly just can not be beat.

I found a perfect little cove on the island of Victoria. The size, land impact count and price are fantastic and fit my hobby budget.
I noticed that the ground terrain was a touch 'bright limey' for the residents and my own landscaping decor. I asked all of the neighbours if they would be interested in a more natural grass texture if we all agreed. We did! and upon asking for help in Zoha chat, Galadea was quick to answer my request, put in a ticket, and kept me posted over a 24 hour period on the progress.
I have never had this kind of customer service in sl before.

I have never rented a large parcel like this before and was quite nervous. However, in the 2 months I've had my place, I have been nothing but impressed.
When I see someone call out for a land manager in group chat, the response is IMMEDIATE. Not just once, but every single time. When you land on a parcel that is for rent, someone immediately IMs you and shows up in case you have questions.
The rental is also easy. You get a gadget to put on your land that shows you when rent is due, where to go pay it, and how much. It's very easy to keep track of it.
All in all, I am super impressed and would recommend them highly.

Since returning to Zoha Islands I have to admit that I can not fault the staff that work for Zoha and they do work very hard to help us and any future resident and you are never waiting too long to get help when needed.

I was initially very nervous at the idea of owning land as I had heard so many bad things about it.
I have got to say that the process at ZoHa, the service levels, the lack of lag and perhaps above all the speed, efficiency , helpfulness, kindness, expertise and perhaps all the humanity of the staff who are available around the clock has been one of the joys of second life.
I really really can not recommend them highly enough. I am not affliliated with zoha in any way other than to be a delighted customer. Id be happy for people wondering about it to IM me in world.

Every time I have a concern or issue it is treated with respect and expedience. Even my "brain fart" issues were handled with respect. I love the parcel I have, I've upgraded since my original. Managers are always courteous and patient and usually respond in under 30 seconds from the time I ask for one.
I would, and do, recommend them to people I know looking for places to live!!

When I first started renting on SL, we did so at a smaller sim run by a couple. Huge mistake. Not only were we overcharged, we never had good service or privacy.
With ZoHa, none of this was ever at issue. We have full access rights to our land along with all the associated prim for it, we are rarely, if ever, bothered by random pop-ins, we are paying a very reasonable rate, but none of that is the best part.
People make the business, and ZoHa has some of the finest you will find in SL. Their 24/7 service is just that, 24/7. They are quick, helpful, polite and efficient. I can not say enough how much faith this gives me in this company. I would never rent from anyone else.

I found Zoha Islands by accident one day, Just rented a home from them at first. Then I wanted to start something with commercial land, they were really quick to help. They always are.
I like their quick managers, and they're helpful attitudes. It makes for a great experience.

They always have the parcel that is the perfect size, no matter what my needs are. The prim to parcel size ratio is extremely fair and accurate with the current rental market. Typically ZoHa gives more prims for the size and price of your parcel. The landscape is always very nicely done and the neighbors are usually very tolerable.
If on the rare occasion there is ever an issue the management/customer service staff is very prompt, friendly, and gets the job taken care of. Other land rental may seem like a better deal, but in the end you can't put a price tag on good customer service. This is why I rent from ZoHa.

Kalia Pinelli was EXTREMELY helpful and patient and deserves that recognition. She found out what I needed, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond in helping me find land that's right for me. Not many agents in land sims are as efficent or helpful, so I'm impressed. And the land is beautiful..
