I found Zoha Islands by accident one day, Just rented a home from them at first. Then I wanted to start something with commercial land, they were really quick to help. They always are.
I like their quick managers, and they're helpful attitudes. It makes for a great experience.

I found a perfect little cove on the island of Victoria. The size, land impact count and price are fantastic and fit my hobby budget.
I noticed that the ground terrain was a touch 'bright limey' for the residents and my own landscaping decor. I asked all of the neighbours if they would be interested in a more natural grass texture if we all agreed. We did! and upon asking for help in Zoha chat, Galadea was quick to answer my request, put in a ticket, and kept me posted over a 24 hour period on the progress.
I have never had this kind of customer service in sl before.

I had rented commercial parcels on Zoha's business continent on & off & each time I did the experience was very good. When you arrive to check out a parcel, a sales agent or manager IMs you in a hot second & he or she works with you to help you find something close to what you want.
You are even provided with a move-in packet that includes a tier meter.
The 1st sales agent I interacted with when discovered Zoha Islands

Over 2 years ago, I desided to scale down my business in SL. I had a full sim but that was way more than I needed.
When I was considering to sell the sim, I looked at all possibilities and desided to contact ZoHa Boa directly.
He took over my sim and I rent now at this stage half of him. Best decision ever!
Not only because of the benefits that I did not need to move and have my customers find me again, but the service I got from ZoHa and his staff are amazing.
Thanks to ZoHa and his crew, I was able to continue my business without too much of a hassle. And any other business owner can understand how hard it can be to move to a complete new location.

I'm big on customer service. I mean to the point of leaving one cell carrier to another that was quite a bit more expensive just because their CS was a lot better.
The customer service for Zoha is good enough that *IF* they were more expensive, I would still stay with them. But they're not in most cases. And I've worked with various rental agencies in the past in SL. These guys and gals are on the ball and if they don't know it, they find it out and then get back to you. Always professional and always courteous. If you do find a place that has cheaper rent, I would do some serious research about their CS, because I doubt that they'll come close to these guys.

ZoHa has parcels of every type and size; the personnel is responsive and helpful; the tier payment system is super easy to use no matter what language you speak.
In short, I only have one recommendation when someone asks me where to rent land: ZoHa.

When I first started renting on SL, we did so at a smaller sim run by a couple. Huge mistake. Not only were we overcharged, we never had good service or privacy.
With ZoHa, none of this was ever at issue. We have full access rights to our land along with all the associated prim for it, we are rarely, if ever, bothered by random pop-ins, we are paying a very reasonable rate, but none of that is the best part.
People make the business, and ZoHa has some of the finest you will find in SL. Their 24/7 service is just that, 24/7. They are quick, helpful, polite and efficient. I can not say enough how much faith this gives me in this company. I would never rent from anyone else.

I had one incident where they were right there to fix an issue and restore things back to where it was originally. I have been with Zoha since I pretty much started SL. I have lived at other sims before, but I have ALWAYS come back to Zoha.
Why? First is the vast array of parcels one can choose from. If you are in the mood for a grassy parcel, Zoha has one for you; sandy Zoha has one; corner or a middle lot, they've got it! Nothing really beats Zoha. I feel confident and most importantly comfortable living here. Paying your tier is absolutely simple. You do not need to go to teleport to 4 different places to just pay. It is one place, 2 terminals to choose form and boom, you are done!

Typically ZoHa gives more prims for the size and price of your parcel. The landscape is always very nicely done and the neighbors are usually very tolerable.
If on the rare occasion there is ever an issue the management/customer service staff is very prompt, friendly, and gets the job taken care of. Other land rental may seem like a better deal, but in the end you can't put a price tag on good customer service. This is why I rent from ZoHa.
